The West Point Inn, established 1904, on the National Register of Historic Places, is Open to the Public.

The Inn is operated by the non-profit West Point Inn Association through its 400 member volunteers.

All reservations for the West Point Inn are made online.

ABOUT STAYING AT THE WEST POINT INN:

Rooms & Cabins - Description of the Rooms & Cabins - The 'Per Person' rates are the same for all Rooms & Cabins.

Online Booking Options -

  Individual Rooms or Cabins - Depending on the Room or Cabin, each can accommodate up to 4 persons (designated as Rooms #1 to #12 in the Reservatrions site)

  Whole-Inn - Book all 7 Rooms and all 5 Cabins together - 22 beds, for groups up to 31 persons (designated as Room #15)

  *  All-The-Inn's-7-Rooms - Book All 7 Rooms together - 9 beds, for groups up to 13 persons (designated as Room #16)

  *  Day-Use-Only - Book the Lounge and Kitchen for Day Use 11am/3pm - for group meetings up to 30 persons (designated as Room #14)

  *  Special Events - You may make reservations for the Inn's Special Events (Heritage Night, etc) (designated as Rooms #17 thru #21) 

  Add Charge - You may pay Add-Charges to Existiing Reservations (designated as Room #23)

Days of Operation - The Inn is closed Sunday & Monday. Do not attempt to make reservations for those nights; they will not be accepted. (WPIA Members may book Sunday)

Advance Bookings - Reservations up to 3 months in advance are accepted. Do not attempt to make reservations beyond then; they will not be accepted. (WPIA Members may book 4 months in advance)

Policies and Facilities Description - The Inn is a historic property, off-the-grid (no electricity), and a 1.9 mile walk from the nearest overnight parking. Please review the Policies carefully before attempting to book.

Restricted Vehicle Access - Vehicle access to the Inn is not permitted; limited exceptions are made for persons with disabilities, and for group bookings.

No Cancellations, No Refunds - as explained in the Policies.

Authorized Rates - These are the correct Open to the Public rates; the rates shown on the reservations site may be incorrect; the correct amount will be calculated & revised during the reservation review process. (WPIA Member rates are shown in the Members’ Annual Dues mailing and may be different, with any difference charged/credited back)

Calendar of Events - Please review the West Point inn Calendar, to see if other planned events at the Inn conflict with the dates of your intended reservation.

Gift Certificates - for Overnights at the Inn, or for the Inn's 6-times-annually Pancake Breakfast may be purchased. As well, donations to the Inn’s “Raise the Roof” structural repair project are gratefully received.

Book Online - The West Point Inn Reservations voicemail is 415-646-0702; it is not regularly checked for messages. The Innkeepers do not handle reservations inquiries.

All reservations must be made online, by you, so that your credit card information is securely processed. The Inn’s Reservationists are happy to respond to questions about making new reservations, and can assist in making changes to existing reservations.

Please provide complete details (including # of persons in your party, requested dates, Reservation #, etc) in your email.
