Marin IJ Features Pancake Breakfast

The West Point Inn, near the top of Mt. Tamalpais in Mill Valley, raised close to $5,000 at its pancake breakfast fundraiser, Sept. 11. The event, hosted by Bob Newcomer and Gordy MacDermott, both of San Rafael, attracted 525 people.

Outside Magazine - Hike to a Lodge on the California Coast

West Point Inn is listed as one of "The Best 25 Winter Trips in the World" in the October 2021 issue of Outside Magazine. Susan B. Anthony Visits Mount Tam

120 years ago today, Wednesday, September 16, 1896, Susan B. Anthony was a guest of Tamalpais Scenic Railway. She spoke before two women's groups at the summit. She was on a campaign tour supporting an amendment to the California constitution allowing women the right to vote.

West Point Inn Opens New Accessible Cabin

The West Point is accepting reservations for the Emig cabin. This newly opened  cabin is wheelchair accessible and features a private bathroom with accessible toilet, wheelchair accessible sink and roll-in/walk-in shower, a double bed and a twin bed for an assistant.
