Membership in the West Point Inn Association is open to the public, but is capped at 600. Applications are available at the Inn and not online. If you are at a Work Party or Pancake Breakfast, please request an application from the host. They need to be completed and signed after completing a Work Party or Pancake Breakfast and signed by the host.
Applications change effective: January 1, 2017
To become a member, you must complete three work events that include; two work parties, one pancake breakfast or pancake cleanup and submit an application that includes; three letters of recommendation from West Point Inn Association members who vouch for your dedication to the Inn, and the $20 application fee. There may be a waiting list and once approved by the board, you will be contacted by the membership chairperson.
Benefits of Membership
Members receive a quarterly newsletter and are invited to many special members-only activities and events organized throughout the year. Members get reduced overnight reservation rates and have the ability to reserve rooms an extra month in advance of non-members. Your dues support the mission and preservation of the West Point Inn.
If you are interested in membership, the first step is to attend a West Point Inn Work Party or Pancake Breakfast Crew or Pancake Breakfast Clean up Crew. To volunteer, please send an email to the work party or pancake chairperson below.
Work parties are held each month. Work Party schedule: 10a.m. – 3p.m. on the 3rd Saturday each month, except December. Pancake Breakfasts are held May through October.
There is a yearly dues schedule based on the type of membership, and prospective members must be 18 years or older.
