Authorized 2020 Rates

Highlighted Changes go into effect January 1, 2020, and will end December 31, 2020 pending an analysis of the effects of these changes by the WPIA board

* Must be a member in good standing for a period of at least one year to reserve entire Inn.

  • *Whole Inn Booking rate for both Members and Non-Members is now $1400

  • No Whole Inn Bookings allowed on Saturday

  • Emig cabin is part of the Whole Inn Booking

  • Seven-Room Main Building rate is $500 for both Member and Non-Member 

  • No Seven-Room Main Building allowed on Saturday

  • All rates listed are per person per night.  In the Emig cabin, a disabled guest does not have to pay for their attendant.

  • All cabins require a two-person minimum per-cabin / per-night (If it is single occupancy you pay for two). Exception for disable guests in the Emig Cabin.

  • Prices displayed when you book your reservation do not reflect child or member rates. The reservationist will calculate the discount before confirming the reservation and processing the final charge.

  • Sunday night reservations are reserved for WPI Members Each member may have no more than 2 non-member guests. The capacity on Sunday nights is 10 persons total.  Check out time on Monday is 9:00 am. Overnight cleaning requirements apply.

  • Linen Rental, Fireplace, and Heater fees are paid directly to Innkeeper. Cash or check only.

  • To reserve the Entire Inn or the Main Building at the Member Rate, you must be a member in good standing for a period of at least one year.

  • We have a no cancellation no refund policy. However, reservations cancelled because of Inn closure due to a Red Flag fire alert or officially declared Poor Air Quality Days on Mt Tamalpais will be refunded.​
